Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

About 5 cups of cooked chicken (I season the chicken with garlic, salt, pepper, and onion before cooking) 

1 cup of buffalo sauce

1 cup of dairy free ranch

1/2 cup goat cream cheese (can sub regular cream cheese)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and slice or shred cooked chicken.

2. In a bowl mix together the hot sauce, cream cheese, and ranch.

3. Add the chicken to the mixture and coat evenly.

4. Place into a cast iron pan or baking dish.

5. Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

6. Take out of the oven and top with shredded cheese.

7. Put back into the oven for a couple of minutes.

8. Remove from oven and top with green onions and goat cheese crumbles.

- My favorite brand of buffalo sauce is by Noble Made.

- My favorite dairy free ranch brands are Thrive Market and Primal Kitchen.

- I buy the goat cream cheese from Trader Joes.
