Coconut Yogurt Popsicles
These popsicles are a guaranteed hit with my toddler, and you can customize them with any fruit combo you like!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of unsweetened coconut yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
1 cup of frozen fruit (I like doing a combo of banana and strawberries)
Instructions
1. In a blender, combine the coconut yogurt and frozen fruit. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
3. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Recipe notes:
Depending on the size and number of your popsicle molds, you may need to adjust the amounts of yogurt and fruit accordingly.
