Mini Scones

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour 

1/4 cup coconut flour 

1/2 tsp seat salt 

1 tbsp pure maple syrup 

1 tbsp monk fruit (if you don’t have you can double the maple syrup)

2 tbsp coconut oil or butter 

1 egg 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

Instructions

1. In a large bowl mix together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil/butter, egg, and vanilla extract.

2. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, and sea salt.

3. Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix.

4. Once combined, flatten the dough into a circle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Cut into pizza like slices to create triangles and spread apart on baking sheet. 

6. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350°F.
