Chia Pudding

Ingredients

2 cups milk of choice (coconut, almond, hemp, oat, etc.)

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. In a large jar or bowl mix together all the ingredients (milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract).

2. Cover and let sit for 2+ hours in the refrigerator.

3. Add desired toppings - a few of my favorites are shredded coconut flakes, fruit, nut butter, cinnamon, and honey).
