Cherry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1/2 banana

1/2 cup cherries 

1/4 cup strawberries

1/2 cup Frozen Cauliflower (you can’t taste this!) 

1-2 Scoops Collagen 

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp Coconut butter (or could use any nut butter) 

1 cup Water (add more if it is too thick)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.

2. Top with desired toppings (some of my favorite toppings are coconut flakes, granola, hemp seeds, and cacao nibs)
