3 Ingredient Raspberry Jam
Ingredients
1 cup raspberries (fresh is best but you can use frozen if you let thaw first)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp warm water
1 tablespoon honey (optional for extra sweetness)
Instructions
1. Mash raspberries and chia seeds together with a fork.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the honey and warm water together
3. Add the two mixtures together.
4. Set in fridge to thicken for 10-15 minutes.
Recipe Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Top over toast, oatmeal, yogurt, chia pudding, etc.
