Mango Electrolyte Popsicles
These pops are the perfect hydrating treat. Whether you're using an electrolyte boost or swapping in coconut water and lemon, they're easy to make and perfect for warm days. Simply blend, freeze, and enjoy!
Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango
2 cups water (or 1 cup water + 1 cup coconut water, see below note)
1 cup full fat coconut milk
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Goodonya electrolyte powder
Instructions
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
4. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the popsicles are fully solid.
5. Remove from molds and enjoy!
Recipe notes:
No electrolyte powder? No problem! Swap it out with 1 cup coconut water and the juice of 1 lemon. Just reduce the water to 1 cup.
