Cranberry Gummies

These gummies are such a fun snack to have on hand! They are tasty and also great for gut health.

Ingredients

2 cups 100% organic cranberry juice (or any other juice with no added sugar) 

4 tbsp raw honey 

6 tbsp grass fed gelatin 

Instructions

1. In a small sauce pan heat the juice until warm but not boiling.

2. Lower the heat and add in the gelatin 1 tbsp at a time and whisk until there are no clumps.

3. Next add in the honey and stir.

4. Remove from heat and transfer into molds( If you don’t have any molds just pour into a glass baking dish).

5. Refrigerate until firm. (About 1-2 hours depending on size mold or pan used)

Recipe Notes:

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator. 

- There may be a few clumps of gelatin but if it mostly dissolved then you’re good to go.
