Edible Cookie Dough
This is one of my favorite desserts to make! The cookie dough balls are gluten free and are so quick to toss together. The best part is you don’t have to bake them. I think you will love these!
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups oat flour
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Melt the butter
2. In a bowl mix together the melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt
3. Next add in the oat flour and mix together
4. Once combined, add in chocolate chips
5. Form into balls and refrigerate before serving
Recipe Notes:
- Add 2-3 more tbsp of oat flour if the consistency is too runny
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator
- To make the recipe dairy free, you can sub coconut oil for butter. It won’t have the same ‘cookie dough’ flavor but another great tasty option
